Its that time of the year again. The snow is nearly gone and your PTACs and PTHPs will shortly be switching from thier heating function to a cooling function. Which means that its the perfect time to do your yearly maintenance. This maintenance includes cleaning or changing of the filters, cleaning of the coils, and testing the cooling function to ensure that the compressor is still functional and ready to take on those infamous dog days.
